Customer Information Checklist

The roof inspection service is provided at no charge. Costs will only be incurred upon approval of required work.

Weekday rates are $199.00 + G.S.T. minimum charge for two men for the first hour or less on your site, $130.00 + G.S.T. for two men for each additional hour (time is rounded off to the forward half hour). We only recommend doing the immediate problem area.

Evenings, Weekend and Holiday rates are $298.50 + G.S.T. minimum charge for two men for the first hour or less, $195.00 + G.S.T. for two men for each additional hour (time is rounded off to the forward half hour). We only recommend doing the immediate problem area.

Are there any window wells or low windows to be protected with plywood (we are not responsible for breakage of these)?

We are not responsible for damage to roof when taking off the snow and ice as we are unaware of the extent of snow and ice backup or the condition of the roof surface.

We are not responsible for damage to objects (i.e. shrubs, bbq's, patio furniture, a/c units, Christmas lights, eave troughs, skylights or windows) in the line of falling snow and ice as we cannot direct where the snow and ice may fall.

It is the responsibility of the home owner to move any objects that may get damaged from the falling snow and ice.

Does the customer want the driveway or walkway shoveled, and are they aware that they will be charged for this service if it overlaps into additional time?
