Established in 1981, Godfrey Roofing Inc. began as a residential shingle re-roofer. Through hard work and commitment, Godfrey Roofing Inc. has grown to become Eastern Ontario's largest residential and commercial roofer. Godfrey Roofing Inc. holds memberships in the Ontario Industrial Roofing Contractor's Association, the Canadian Roofing Contractor's Association and the National Roofing Contractor's Association ensuring quality control of our sites, safety, and providing technical support. Godfrey Roofing Inc. achieved ISO 9002 certification in August of 2000.

The field workers that perform the work on your roof are qualified employees of Godfrey Roofing Inc. and are not sub-contractors or workers who get paid piece work. The use of our own employees allows us to ensure that properly trained workers are using up to date installation techniques on your roof and that everyone on your property is covered by WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board). Companies that use sub-contractors in most cases expose their customers to property liens or law suits should an accident or non-payment be made.

At Godfrey Roofing Inc., we pride ourselves in being able to provide quality work at a reasonable cost. Our estimating staff has many years of experience in the roofing industry. They are not paid by commission, making their only task to remedy roofing problems at a competitive price. They are always up-to-date with the new materials and techniques available in the roofing industry.

Godfrey Roofing Inc. is well versed in the many types of commercial and residential roofing products available on the market today. Our staff has taken certification courses on the installation techniques for modified bitumen, EPDM and PVC membranes. We also specialize in the original tar and gravel roof, metal roofing, asphalt shingles and specialty residential roofing products.

Our staff, both in the office and out in the field, at Godfrey Roofing Inc. addresses the safety issue very seriously. With the new government restrictions on the use of propane, Godfrey Roofing Inc. has it's own trained individual on staff to educate our workers on the proper use of propane. As well our staff has been trained in St. John Ambulance first aid and CPR.
